We provide a wide range of bookkeeping services in QuickBook to meet all of your company’s bookkeeping needs - whatever they may be.

In the cleanup/setup phase, your bookkeeper helps you set up your chart of accounts and connects your bank accounts. If you have information in QuickBooks already, your bookkeeper will help clean it up in the first month of service.

As part of ongoing bookkeeping, your bookkeeper categorizes your transactions and reconciles your accounts each month.

At the end of each month, your bookkeeper closes your books and confirms they’re accurate by preparing a trial balance. They then send you PDF copies of key financial reports, including your profit and loss statement and balance sheet.
